2. Rose hip tea
 


 

 

       

 

 

Slice the rose hips in half and allow to dry. Then grind or finely chop them. To one cup of boiling water, add 2-3 teaspoons of dried rose hips and allow to steep for at least ten
minutes. You can add a small amount of dried hibiscus flowers to give it a lemony flavor and an attractive burgundy color.
